Wendy Williams candidly reveals her challenges during her screen absence in a new Lifetime documentary.

In a heartfelt trailer released on Thursday, the media personality revealed her financial struggles, confessing she has "no money." The two-part documentary, 'Where is Wendy Williams,' is scheduled to air on Lifetime on Feb. 24 and 25, as reported by The U.S. Sun. Interestingly, the trailer was reportedly deleted by Lifetime shortly after its release.

Williams, 59, departed from her long-standing talk show in 2021 after 12 seasons, citing her declining health. Her manager revealed stints in rehab and accused her team of "enabling" her. The forthcoming documentary captures poignant moments as the former radio talk show host emotionally breaks down during its filming.

The documentary delves into the New York native's ongoing struggles with alcoholism, shedding light on her challenges with both mental and physical health. Numerous segments depict Williams grappling with standing and walking unaided.

In a particularly poignant scene, a producer asked her whether she had seen a neurologist. "To see if I'm crazy? Mhm," she replied.

Her son, Kevin Hunter, Jr., noted her public facade of normalcy in the teaser, claiming that his mother makes it appear "like everything's OK," but in reality, there are underlying issues.

In a 2023 interview, Hunter Jr. expressed concern about Williams "being taken advantage of" by those in her circle. The 23-year-old also remarked that she appeared to be not "in her right mind."

Adding to his concerns, he asserted that Williams was consuming alcohol at an abnormal and worrisome rate.

"It's gotten to a point where yes, it could have that effect that it might be fatal," he said.

'Where is Wendy Williams' premieres on Lifetime on Feb. 24.
