Katy Perry Knocks $430,000 Off Asking Price For Former Home; Heidi Klum Interested In Buying It
Katy Perry took $430,000 off the asking price of the Hollywood mansion she was suppose to live in with Russell Brand.
After only 14 months together, the couple got divorced and never moved into the three-acre historic estate Park Hill, Daily Mail reported on Friday.
Perry listed the estate this past April for $6 million, only a half a million less than she paid for it back in June 2011.
The actress reportedly lowered the price to try to attract a buyer.
The property, located behind the Chateau Marmont Hotel, reportedly has a lagoon-style pool, with a waterfall and small bridges.
The Fireworks singer has already bought two new properties in the Hollywood Hills since her divorce with the British actor.
One celebrity reportedly has her eye on Perry's old pad. Hedi Klum was reportedly house hunting in L.A. with her boyfriend Marin Kristen, TMZ reported Aug. 9.
The duo is looking for a house for themselves and Klum's four children.
The couple apparently has their eyes on Perry's house because all the kid's bedrooms could be on the same floor as the master bedroom.
Another important factor that the Project Runaway host is looking for in a house is that it's east of the 405 Freeway.
Last week, Klum and her man reportedly biked over to the estate, which has seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and a guesthouse.
