Ja Rule Says He Beat Up 50 Cent In A Fight: 'Already Happened'
Ja Rule has reaffirmed his claim of winning a physical altercation against 50 Cent, asserting that their prolonged feud is entirely one-sided.
During a conversation with Piers Morgan on Tuesday, Ja Rule spoke about his ongoing beef with 50 Cent.
Morgan, 58, asked the former Murder Inc. emcee who would win in a fight between him and 50 Cent, born Curtis Jackson.
"That's happened already too, Piers," he said. "You gotta do your research."
When asked by Morgan who won, the Queens, New York, native asserted: "I did, Piers."
Ja Rule, 48, went on to call their feud "one-sided," saying: "You never see me say anything about him. I just mind my business, do my business."
"I'm cool, Piers," he continued. "I really don't do social media like that at all. I post, of course, to promote some of my things — but I'm really not the social media guy like that."
The broadcaster asked Ja, real name Jeffrey Atkins Sr., whether he had a message he wanted to send to his rival. "No message," he replied, but wished him well.
Ja Rule and 50 Cent share a rich history in the world of hip-hop, with some fans perceiving 50 Cent, born Curtis Jackson, as a contributing factor to Ja Rule's decline from his peak.
During the interview, the Grammy Award-nominated rapper also delved into his recent rejection of a UK travel permit for his upcoming tour.
After Ja Rule's UK travel permit's denial, some fans blamed the Starz super-producer, suggesting his involvement. However, the G-Unit rapper swiftly refuted any connection.
The ongoing feud between 50 Cent and Ja Rule traces back to 1999 when Ja Rule was robbed of his chain by one of 50's associates, sparking a series of altercations.
The following year, the pair clashed at a nightclub in Atlanta, and later that same year, a fight between 50's crew and members of Murder Inc. Records resulted in 50 being stabbed at the Hit Factory in New York City.
The 'Get Rich or Die Tryin' actor has never responded to the claims that the "Always On Time" rapper beat him up. He has yet to reply to Ja Rule's recent Piers Morgan interview.
