Inside DJ Khaled's $16.4 Million Mansion With A 1,000 Sqft Sneaker Shrine, Movie Theater
DJ Khaled's former multimillion mansion that features a massive sneaker shrine is now up for sale -- minus the sneakers.
The 48-year-old record producer's former Aventura home at 3914 Estates Dr. in South Florida, recently owned by music executives/restaurateurs Nahim Jorge Bonilla and Melissa Granda, is now listed on the market via ONE Sotheby's International Realty at $16,399,000.
While the realty company only mentioned the 6,321 sqft mansion as a "former celebrity bayfront three-story Mediterranean estate," the New York Post reported that it was DJ Khaled's.

The opulent mansion boasts 14K gold chandeliers with Swarovski crystals, top-of-the-line finishes, vaulted 30-foot ceilings, a gourmet chef's kitchen, an elevator, and a luxurious master suite with a sitting area and a veranda overlooking the sunrise and sunset panoramic views of Island Estates.
It also features a tropical pool and spa overlooking the bay, marble and walnut hard floors, 50ft boat docks, an Ipad-controlled smart house system, a movie theater with 128-inch TV, a cabana, an office, service quarters and a parking space for golf carts.
DJ Khaled's former home has six bedrooms, six full bathrooms and one half bath.
Per the New York Post, the "I'm the One" artist's former South Florida mansion also includes his famed sneaker shrine. His sneaker collection is not included though.
In 2015, DJ Khaled gave Joe La Puma exclusive access to his sneaker closet and collection. He showed off his massive sneaker collection, which included rare Air Jordans and Yeezys, among many others.
"Hopefully, the camera gets a full 360. You see the energy in this room. You see the greatness. You see the pride. You see the passion. You see the blood, sweat and tears," he said proudly of his collection at the time.
DJ Khaled reportedly acquired the Aventura home at $3.84 million in 2015 and spent around $2.5 million on renovations.
It was sold to Bonilla, Granda and a third partner for $4.8 million in 2020. Originally, the disc jockey planned to sell his home for $7.99 million. The asking price dropped to $5.5 million before the deal was closed at around $4.87 million.
