Ashton Kutcher has accomplished an amazing amount during his career and the Teen Choice Awards acknowledged his impressive résumé with the Ultimate Choice Award.

The 35-year-old actor is gearing up for the release of Jobs, in which he plays the eponymous character. While he will be playing one of the most successful and innovative business men in the country, Kutcher is quick to acknowledge the immense amount of hard work that goes into becoming successful and famous in any field.

In his inspiring acceptance speech, Kutcher sought to impart a bit of wisdom to his young fans, lessons he learned before he entered acting and still went by the name of Chris. His three main points revolved around the ideas of opportunity, what it mean to be sexy, and how to build a life.

"I believe that opportunity looks a lot like hard work," Kutcher stated. "I never had a job in my life that I was better than. I was always just lucky to have a job. Every job I had was a stepping stone to my next job and I never quit my job before I had my next job."

While he was working in a factory, behind the counter in a deli, and helping his dad shingle roofs, Kutcher never forgot that intelligence is incredibly important.

"The sexiest thing in the entire world is being really smart. And being thoughtful and being generous. Everything else is crap. I promise you," Kutcher told a generation of youngsters that are lead to believe looks are highly important. "It's just crap that people try to sell to you to make you feel like less. So don't buy it. Be smart. Be thoughtful and be generous."

Kutcher also reminded teens that they can grow to be anything they want and go on to accomplish whatever they work for.

"Everything around us that we call life was made up of people that are no smarter than you. And you can build your own things and you can build your own life that other people can live in," Kutcher said. "So build a life, don't live one, find your opportunities and always be sexy."

Kutcher's acting credits include That 70s Show, The Butterfly Effect, Two and a Half Men, The Guardian, and the upcoming Jobs.
