Amanda Bynes is opening up about her recent health.

Indeed, the actress known for her role in "What I Like About You" has revealed that her mental well-being has led to a recent weight gain.

"I've gained over 20lbs in the past few months from being depressed," Amanda sain in an Instagram Story on March 28. "I'm doing a lot better now and have learned to do opposite action when I don't feel like working out or eating clean."

Now that the 37-year-old actress is experiencing improved mental health, she's also discussing her specific objectives concerning her physical well-being.

"I weigh 162lbs right now," Amanda shared. "And want to get back to 110lbs."

This isn't the initial instance where Amanda has openly discussed significant shifts in her life. Last December, the "What I Like About You" star disclosed her decision to conclude the podcast she initiated with co-host Paul Sieminski-named "Amanda Bynes & Paul Sieminski: The Podcast"-merely a week following the release of its pilot episode.

In a TikTok video posted on December 17th, Amanda clarified her decision regarding the podcast. Despite its success and positive feedback, she expressed the need to halt it temporarily. Amanda mentioned that they faced challenges in securing desired guests like Jack Harlow, Drake, or Post Malone. She hinted that if they could manage to book such high-profile guests in the future, they might consider resuming the podcast. But for now, she emphasized the decision to take a break from it.

The Amanda Show alum later shared that she was pivoting careers to become a nail technician, expressing her excitement about starting to do nails. However, she revealed that she had failed her license exam three times. In a March 6 follow-up video, Amanda confidently told fans, "I'll keep retaking it until I get the license."
