Prince Harry Thinks Meghan Markle Should 'Take Over As Queen' But He Won't Be King, Royal Expert Claims
Prince Harry seems to have a secret plot for the monarchy involving his wife, Meghan Markle, according to a royal expert.
Angela Levin, British journalist, commentator and author, joined Dan Wootton for an "Uncancelled" interview. The pair talked about Prince Harry's falling out with his family, and both felt that the "Spare" author wanted to bring down the royal family.
The host asked Levin if Prince Harry had a change of heart about the monarchy, given that his father is the king and his brother is the heir apparent, or if he didn't want any of them to have it because he couldn't have the throne.
"I think he believes, and this might surprise you or not, that Meghan is the one who should take over," Levin said.
Wootton clarified, "As queen?" and Levin said, "Yes." When asked if Prince Harry wanted to be king, the royal biographer claimed it's not something he wanted.

"I think he might be an aid, but I think he adores her so much, which is very nice," Levin explained.
"He does what he's told, and he thinks that it was very bad that she wasn't questioned about what should be done to make the royal family more up to date. And she said herself that she felt that they should have asked her what should be done rather than Kate because she is a self-made woman, and she's got much more experience. Now that's a killer sentence."
Wootton added that he remembered the late Queen who once entrusted the Commonwealth to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and the late monarch said they shared her belief. Markle even had the flowers of the then-eight Commonwealth countries embroidered into her wedding veil.
However, per Wootton, the Sussexes are now using their platform to "degrade the Commonwealth as some sort of racist, colonial, terrible reflection on Britain." Levin blamed Markle for this.

"I think it's Meghan who must encourage him. I find it difficult to think that she doesn't because he does what he's told. And if she thought it was a very good idea, then he would do it," Levin replied.
"She's destroyed or ruined all sorts of things. Her own family -- only her mother was at the wedding, all these things. She's not interested in her father, yet she says compassion is very important to her. It's difficult to understand what she means about that when she won't even do anything now, he's very ill."
Last month, Markle visited the sick kids at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. Photos from the visit surfaced weeks later, and they received mixed responses, with many criticizing the duchess for visiting the children but not her ill dad, Thomas Markle Sr.
