Sharon Osbourne displayed her massive weight loss from Ozempic during a coffee run in Los Angeles this week.

On Monday, Osbourne was photographed holding a cup of coffee as she left Croft Alley restaurant in Beverly Hills.

In photos published by the Daily Mail, the 71-year-old TV personality looked gaunt as she entered her car.

Osbourne sported huge Gucci sunglasses, a tweed blazer, jeans and smart black loathers for the outing.

She accessorized her chic look with a brown leather handbag, sparkling earrings, two layers of necklaces and several rings.

The outing comes five months after Osbourne admitted in an interview with the Daily Mail that she looked "gaunt" after losing "too much" weight.

"I'm too gaunt, and I can't put any weight on. I want to because I feel I'm too skinny. I'm under 100 [pounds], and I don't want to be," she told the outlet in November 2023. "Be careful what you wish for."

According to Osbourne, she lost 42 pounds after she began taking Ozempic, an injectable medication used to treat type 2 diabetes, in December 2022.

By the time she did the interview, Osbourne was no longer on Ozempic as she "can't afford to lose any more" weight.

The former "X Factor" judge, who has been open about her struggles with bulimia, warned against allowing teenagers to use Ozempic and other similar drugs to lose weight.

"You can lose so much weight, and it's easy to become addicted to that, which is very dangerous," she said.

While the media personality insisted that she doesn't care what people say about her appearance, Osbourne's weight loss sparked concern from fans and social media users.

"The sad thing is she shouldn't have worried about her weight at all. Her family all love her, regardless of her size, and I'm sure it must be distressing for them to see her this way. Shocking actually just how wasted away she is. She must regret going down this path," one online commenter wrote.

Another user commented on X, formerly Twitter: "I just saw how SCARY Sharon Osbourne looks like lately?????"

"All that Ozempic stuff and girls getting buccal fat removal is just gross [to be honest]. It's your body to do what you want but you're going to age 20 years. No idea how they think it's beauty treatment, it's the opposite," another person tweeted.

One critic claimed that the weight loss "made her look a lot older."

Osbourne's daughter Kelly Osbourne recently denied that her own 85-pound weight loss was due to taking Ozempic.

"I did not take Ozempic," Kelly told Extra last week. "I don't know where that came from. My mom (Sharon) took Ozempic."

The 39-year-old singer and TV personality attributed her rapid weight loss to cutting out sugar and carbohydrates from her diet after giving birth to her son, Sidney, in 2022.

But while she said she never used it, Kelly praised Ozempic during an interview with E! News in January, calling it "amazing."

"There are a million ways to lose weight," Kelly said at the time. "Why not do it through something that isn't as boring as working out?"
