The former Danity Kane member appears in a new Tubi documentary, 'The Downfall of Diddy.' The document will follow "a series of lawsuits and allegations that have legendary rap mogul P. Diddy on the ropes," Tubi's website says. "TMZ has the troubling inside story from people who were there."

During an interview with TMZ, O'Day, 40, said she knew when the hip-hop trailblazer offered his artists back their publishing rights, the move came with stipulations.

The singer claims Diddy, 54, "wanted the artists to sign NDAs as part of the deal, which would've muzzled them from speaking on their experiences at Bad Boy." In addition to the alleged bribe, the San Francisco native claims the dollar amount attached to receiving her publishing rights was incredibly low.

Sources for Diddy, whose Miami and Los Angeles homes were raided by Homeland Security in March, told TMZ how "Aubrey O'Day got her big break because Diddy and Bad Boy cast her in their show with her group, Danity Kane."

They continued: "Last year, when he reassigned his portion of the publishing to Bad Boy artists, an unprecedented move within the industry and which he did not have to do, not all artists signed an NDA, contrary to what she claims."

Last September, USA Today reported the Harlem native agreed to hand over Bad Boy Records publishing rights to all artists and writers who worked with the company.

Artist's publishing rights mean they can receive money and royalties for their songs. Former Bad Boy artists, including Mase, 112, Faith Evans, The Lox, and The Notorious B.I.G's estate have signed agreements to receive their publishing rights.

'The Downfall of Diddy,' starring Harvey Levin, Aubrey O'Day, Suge Knight, Stevie J, Marc Lamont Hill, is available to stream now on Tubi.
