A recent image of the location, taken on Tuesday, was shared with Radar Online by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange. It depicts the newly laid flowers at her gravesite, placed just days after the passing of O.J. Simpson, who succumbed to cancer in Las Vegas. He was 76.

O.J. Simpson's death rekindled memories from the "Trial of the Century," where he was acquitted of the 1994 murder of his former wife and her friend Ron Goldman. Despite the acquittal, he was later held responsible for their deaths in a separate civil trial. He served nine years in prison for unrelated charges years later.

"The only thing I have to say is, it's just further reminder of Ron being gone all these years," said Fred Goldman, his father, in a statement. According to Fred, they are still trying to recuperate the millions owed to them from the 1997 lawsuit against Simpson's estate.

In a new interview with Closer magazine, Nicole's sister Tanya said she thinks O.J. is guilty of the murders, but has forgiven him. She shared that she prefers to remember Nicole for her kind and supportive nature.
