"I had to retrain my mind as to what I could and what I could not eat... I cut out all sodas. Little by little, I would cut things out. I would do that for a week and then cut out one other thing because I realized I did every diet under the sun when I was younger," the mother of two revealed.
Aside from cutting out sodas from her diet, she shared she now works out "five days a week" and does "cardiovascular intervals with weightlifting."
"If I'm like getting ready for a shoot, I'll do Pilates," she added.
Now that she's "in a good place body-wise," Khloé revealed that she sort of eats whatever she wants but in moderation.
"When I was pregnant with True, I was like 204 pounds, when I delivered. And I was like, 'How am I going to do this again?' 'Cause I took so many years to do it [lose weight] the first time," she recalled, citing that she always found it hard to slim down because she "has always been chubby."
While the journey to losing pregnancy weight was not easy, she was able to do it with "all the tools in [her] toolbox."
"I actually lost my pregnancy weight so much faster than I ever did than my regular fat weight... I was so proud of myself. I did it twice. I was so proud of myself," she said.
The tallest Kardashian, standing 5 feet and 10 inches, now weighs 123 pounds, according to Set for Set. That shows an 81-pound difference from when she was pregnant with True and a 40-pound difference from when she previously lowered her body weight to 163 pounds.
