Selena Gomez Caught In 'Embarrassing' Situation After Benny Blanco Seen Gambling In Vegas Amid Justin, Hailey Bieber Pregnancy Reveal
Selena Gomez is getting mocked on social media after her boyfriend Benny Blanco was spotted in Las Vegas around the same time she posted photos showing off their love.
On Thursday, just shortly after Hailey Bieber announced that she is pregnant with her first child with her husband and Gomez's ex Justin Bieber, the "Come and Get It" hitmaker shared via Instagram Stories a photo of her and Blanco holding hands.
The snap led some fans to believe Gomez was with her beau when the Biebers' baby news broke, but TMZ reported that the music producer was gambling at Wynn Las Vegas Thursday.
In photos and footage obtained by the outlet, Blanco could be seen having a drink and making bets.

According to TMZ, Gomez was nowhere in sight as Blanco hung out at the Wynn from Thursday afternoon to evening.
Instead, Blanco appeared to have been accompanied by his mother.
Blanco's sighting raised eyebrows among social media users, with some on X, formerly Twitter, speculating that Gomez may have intentionally uploaded their photo in response to Justin and Hailey's pregnancy announcement.
"Lmao that's so embarrassing for her," one X user claimed of Gomez, while others described the singer-actress as "pathetic" and "desperate."
"The timing of Ms. Gomez's IG content coming out (when it did) seems too well timed with Justin Bieber's wife's pregnancy announcement. Co-ink-i-dink? Methinks not!" another wrote.
Some X users suggested that Gomez may have been trying to come off as "unbothered" by the pregnancy announcement but that her actions ended up revealing her true feelings on the situation.
"This is how we realize all those viral memes mocking her make sense. Everyone knows she's still weirdly obsessed with the Biebers and is obviously losing it [right now]," one person speculated.
Another claimed, "She's trying to give off she's unbothered when she isn't. Her chest is hurting right now."
But Gomez's fans came to her defense, pointing out that the "Hands to Myself" singer usually posts her photos with Blanco days after they were taken and that it was not unusual for her to share pictures of them on her Instagram Stories. Some also suggested that she may have just uploaded the snap because she missed her boyfriend.
"All the pictures she posts with him were taken days before. What's the problem???" one person asked.
"Selena posts them all the time and NOW y'all have an issue with it?" another pointed out,
"Oh no, Selena was missing her man because she's in a long-distance relationship, what a surprise," a fourth user wrote sarcastically.
Another suggested that Gomez "probably did that to shut down the gossip news and rumors that she's sad," adding that the singer is likely "happy and spends 90% of her time cuddled up [with] her boo."
Justin and Hailey announced that they are expecting their first child together via Instagram Thursday alongside video and pictures of their intimate vow renewal ceremony in Hawaii.
The model showed off her baby bump in a figure-hugging white lace dress.
The couple first tied the knot in September 2018, just six months after the "Love Yourself" singer and Gomez broke up for good.
Gomez went public with her romance with Blanco in December 2023. She has since posted many photos of them together and gushed over her beau multiple times on social media.
