Sean "Diddy" Combs wants another lawsuit against him dismissed, according to a report.

In the court documents obtained by TMZ, Diddy filed a motion to dismiss the alleged sexual misconduct filed by a woman identified as Jane Doe for several reasons. First, his lawyers argued that the filing was already beyond the statute of limitations. The plaintiff claimed that the alleged incident happened when she was 17, back in 2003.

Second, her filing lacked pertinent details of the alleged assault and was not worthy of being heard. And Diddy insisted that the incident never happened.

His legal counsel also slammed the woman for including a "trigger warning" in her original lawsuit. They claimed that the woman only did it to get attention for her salacious claims, which Diddy's lawyers said have no merit.

"The sparse amendments to the original Complaint cannot remedy the falsehoods and incurable defects in the new pleading. Like the original Complaint, it fails to state any viable claim and must be dismissed," Diddy's lawyer wrote in their recent filing.

"Plaintiff cannot allege what day or time of year the alleged incident occurred, yet purports to miraculously recall the most prurient details with specificity. Accordingly, this case should be dismissed now, with prejudice, to protect the Combs Defendants from further reputational injury and before more party and judicial resources are squandered."

Diddy's lawyers also said it was the woman's "second attempt to state an entirely false and hideous claim against the Combs Defendants."

Diddy denied all the allegations against him, according to People.

"Mr. Combs and his companies categorically deny Plaintiff's decades-old tale against them, which has already caused incalculable damage to the reputations and business standing of the Combs Defendants, even before any evidence has been presented," Diddy's motion read.

Per TMZ, the plaintiff invoked Cassie's name in her original complaint, and both women were represented by the same lawyers. Cassie sued the "I'll Be Missing You" singer in federal court on Nov. 16, 2023, for alleged rape and a decade-long pattern of abuse. However, she settled with Diddy out of court just a day after the filing, Vulture reported.

The woman claimed that she met the former Bad Boy President Harve Pierre in 2003, and she was flown to Diddy's studio in New York City. She alleged that she got piled with drugs and alcohol and got gang raped. She attached photos of the alleged encounter in her filing.

Diddy also previously filed a motion to dismiss Joi Dickerson-Neal's lawsuit that stemmed back in 1991. Dickerson-Neal accused him of "intentionally" drugging and sexually assaulting her when she was a college student.

The 54-year-old rapper, record producer and record executive also allegedly filmed the attack and distributed it to others in the industry. Dickerson-Neal, who claimed to be a victim of "revenge porn," filed the complaint with the Manhattan Supreme Court a day before the New York State Adult Survivors Act's expiration date.

However, Diddy's legal counsel wanted it tossed. According to Diddy's lawyer, Jonathan D. Davis, the ASA does not allow her to "revive claims under statutes that did not exist."
