Justin Bieber Shows Protectiveness Of Hailey In Emotional Video, Expert Says Amid Marital Issues Rumors
Justin Bieber has become more protective of his wife Hailey Bieber amid her pregnancy, according to a body language expert.
Judi James analyzed the couple's body language in the videos and photos they shared via Instagram this week from their vow renewal and maternity shoot.
The expert told the U.S. Sun that based on his gestures, Justin appeared to be embracing his role as dad-to-be and protector of his family.
"Hailey has often looked like the confident protector in their relationship," James said. "But here, Justin is seen looking taller and bending his head to kiss Hailey while cupping her face in his hands, suggesting he has stepped up into a more protective role."
The "Love Yourself" hitmaker's move to cup his wife's face as they kissed as well as the couple's "serious" facial expressions suggested "a desire to register emotional intensity," the expert added.
According to James, unlike some A-list husbands who have participated in maternity shoots with their partners, Justin, 30, looked like he was in his "comfort zone" in the images rather than a "marital show pony."
The pop superstar and 27-year-old model's pose in which they both cup her baby bump also showed that the pair are united and that the pregnancy is a "shared experience" for them, the body language expert suggested.
In addition, the maternity shoot and vow renewal photos and videos appeared to show the couple has an "idyllic marriage" despite the long-running speculation that they are experiencing marital issues.
"Hailey seems to be telling her fans that she is totally happy with absolutely everything in her life," James told the outlet.
Justin and Hailey shared the exciting news that they're expecting their first child together in a video posted to Instagram Thursday.
The video captured them kissing and packing on the PDA as they exchanged vows in a renewal ceremony in Hawaii. They first tied the knot in September 2018 after two months of being engaged.
The Rhode founder showed off her growing baby bump in a custom Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello white lace dress and veil.
The following day, Hailey -- who is now in her third trimester -- gave fans another look at her baby bump and outfit as she posted another photo from the ceremony via her Instagram Stories.
The couple has already picked out the "perfect" name for their child, an unnamed source told People.
"They will be great parents, and Justin will be super involved. This will be the next important project for him. He's so excited to raise his baby," the insider said, adding that the singer and Hailey have already begun putting together their baby's nursery.
