Where's Ben Affleck? Jennifer Lopez Goes House Hunting Again But Without Husband

Jennifer Lopez was spotted house hunting in Beverly Hills without the company of her husband, Ben Affleck.

On Tuesday, the actress-performer was seen leaving a luxury property in Los Angeles in an all-white outfit comprising an oversized sweater, sweatpants and sneakers. A woman in black, identified as her longtime producing partner Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, accompanied her, according to TMZ.

Unlike the last time she was spotted house hunting in New York City in April, she stepped out sans the "Gone Girl" actor.

In late March, the couple was photographed checking out various townhouses on the Upper East Side, according to the New York Post.

Among the for-rent properties they viewed at the time was a 6,700 sqft townhouse on East 68th Street. It features six bedrooms, six baths, two powder rooms, radiant-heated floors, an elevator, a foyer that leads to a chef's kitchen and a breakfast room, floor-to-ceiling windows and a landscaped garden.

The townhouse also has a formal dining room, a butler's pantry, a living room with a fireplace and a finished basement that could house a home gym.

Per TMZ, it was unclear why Ben was missing during J.Lo's recent house hunting. The outlet noted that he "still seems busy."

This would be the second time the "This Is Me... Now" artist was recently spotted without Affleck. Last week, she walked the iconic Met Gala staircase solo.

At the time, her husband was missing in action reportedly because he was busy filming for "The Accountant 2" in Los Angeles. His new film began production in March.

But J.Lo going solo at the event was allegedly not a cause for worry because she was spotted wearing her wedding ring on the red carpet.

While Ben was not publicly seen with J.Lo recently, he was spotted with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, and their kids, Violet and Sam, on Mother's Day weekend.

In a clip obtained by The Hollywood Fix, the "13 Going on 30" actress and her daughter Violet were walking while holding hands as Sam trailed along. Shortly after they entered the Santa Monica Family YMCA building, the "Deep Water" star came out the door.

They then walked out of the building and headed in different directions. Ben got into his car while Jennifer and the kids continued walking together.
