CNN obtained and disclosed hotel surveillance footage on Friday, reportedly dated March 5, 2016, capturing the incident from various camera perspectives. The video correspond to allegations made by Ventura, 37, in her lawsuit against the hip-hop figure, implicating him in acts of sexual trafficking, rape, and physical assault. The two parties settled the legal dispute just one day after its filing.

The footage shows the "Me & U" singer adorned in a black hooded sweater and carrying a duffle bag, as she waits for an elevator within what CNN identifies as the now-defunct InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles. Concurrently, Diddy is captured on a separate camera angle, hastily navigating the hotel corridors while draped in a bath towel.

Warning: Graphic footage.

Moments before the elevator arrives, he intercepts Ventura, violently assaulting her by grabbing and pulling her hair, forcefully throwing her to the floor. Subsequently, the producer proceeds to kick Ventura twice while she remains prone, before retrieving her bag and forcibly dragging her back towards a hotel room.

"The gut-wrenching video has only further confirmed the disturbing and predatory behavior of Mr. Combs," Doug Wigdor, Cassie's lawyer, posited in an announcement to media outlets on Friday. "Words cannot express the courage and fortitude that Ms. Ventura has shown in coming forward to bring this to light."

In recent months, the music tycoon, 54, faced legal action through four additional lawsuits, encompassing accusations ranging from rape, sexual assault, and abuse to sex trafficking.

While he resolved the initial lawsuit by Cassie, the music mogul staunchly refuted all claims made by the four other accusers.

On March 25th, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) agents conducted searches at two of Combs' residences in New York and Miami.

The HSI confirmed the ongoing investigation without divulging specifics, stating that additional information would be disclosed "as it becomes available."
