Diddy Would Get Into 'Wrestling And Punching Matches' With Women, Bodyguard Claims
Diddy's former head of security broke his silence on the assault allegations surrounding the rapper.
On Monday, Roger Bonds appeared on "Piers Morgan Uncensored" and talked about his time working for Sean Love Combs, popularly known by his stage name Diddy. In the interview, Bonds accused the rapper of "wrestling and punching" women.
"I've seen him get into some wrestling and punching matches, and sometimes I felt like, 'What are you mad at? What are you upset about?' Because it's a deeper anger when you're hitting and punching a woman in that type of manner," he told Morgan.
Talking about the 2016 video showing Diddy seemingly assaulting his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, the rapper's former bodyguard said he was not surprised.
"It didn't surprise me when I saw it because I've seen things [of] this nature before. I've gotten in between things of this nature before, and this was back in 2012," he said.
"That's why I was so adamant on what I said yesterday after he posted that apology because it comes a time where it's like you can't just say anything you want to say and think the people are gonna accept it."
"I think it's a god syndrome, the same way that he's been in a lot of trouble before, and you could pay your way out. He knew those cameras [were] there. As we heard, he came back to the hotel, and he paid to get the footage."
He added that the rapper did not know Cassie -- as she said in her complaint -- was given a copy of the footage.
He also called the "Bad Boy for Life" artist a "king manipulator."
"When I look back, he's a king manipulator. He can manipulate anything and anyone. Money and power is what he is all about," Bonds said.
"You know, having conversations with him throughout the years, he has a god syndrome."
