Jake Paul raised eyebrows due to his response to Mike Tyson's recent health care.

Tyson, 57, suffered a medical emergency on Sunday while on board American Airlines flight 1815. He was flying from Miami to Los Angeles when, 30 minutes before their landing, the crew announced a medical emergency for "a really important passenger." The professional boxer's health scare made the headlines, but Paul, 27, wasn't bothered by it and seemingly said his scheduled fight with Tyson in July would push through.

"You love to make s**t up before knowing the facts for clicks / likes. Nothing changed #PaulTyson," he wrote on X, formerly Twitter, on Monday.

Paul's tweet could be his response to the reports about Tyson's health two months away from their scheduled fight. The medical scare reports also spiked online searches for "Mike Tyson dead" and "Mike Tyson funeral," seemingly suggesting that the incident was more serious than what's been reported about it.

However, many netizens were visibly upset, as Paul seemed not to care about Tyson and cared more about their anticipated fight. Several slammed the younger boxer and called him out for fighting Tyson, who is 30 years older than him.

"Be ashamed of yourself. You're fighting a 60-year-old man and claiming it's the hardest ever," one commented with face with tears of joy emoji.

Another added, "You be ashamed of yourself, fighting an old man who's [in] a wheelchair," with multiple loudly crying face emojis.

"Mike is still a senior citizen with a lot of health issues," a third person remarked.

"Sad thing about it ...out there bragging [about] beating an old man. If @jakepaul wins this, he hasn't done anything credible at all. Just beat down an old man. Laughable in my opinion," a fourth person opined.

However, some called out the user who shared a snap of Tyson in a wheelchair, as it was taken years ago and did not reflect his current health condition.

"This picture is [from] 2 years ago, proving the point of @jakepaul," one commented.

Another opined, "This s**t old and because of some condition flaring up, proving Jake right again."

"August 2022 Mike Tyson seen in wheelchair at Miami International Airport," a third person shared, pointing out that the snap of Tyson in a wheelchair was indeed from two years ago.

The picture in question showing the former heavyweight champion was taken in August 2022. Tyson can be seen holding a walking stick while sitting in a wheelchair at Miami International Airport. He was dealing with a "sciatica flare-up" at the time, the New York Post reported.

A month prior, Tyson said that his "expiration date" was soon approaching.

"We're all gonna die one day, of course," Tyson said on the "Hotboxin'" podcast. "Then, when I look in the mirror, I see those little spots on my face, I say, 'Wow. That means my expiration date is coming close, really soon.'"

Tyson's rep has already released a statement addressing his recent health scare.

"Thankfully, Mr. Tyson is doing great. He became nauseous and dizzy due to an ulcer flare up 30 minutes before landing," his spokesperson told In Touch. "He is appreciative to the medical staff that were there to help him."

Tyson and Paul's fight is set to happen at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, on July 20.
