Shiloh Jolie-Pitt remains sympathetic to her dad, Brad Pitt, according to a source.

Pitt, 60, has been estranged from his children, and Zahara and Vivienne have dropped his family name. His first biological child with ex-wife Angelina Jolie, Shiloh, also no longer uses his family name in her Instagram handle. However, this doesn't suggest any drama between her and the actor, according to an unnamed source.

Shiloh "is not trying to hurt her dad's feelings," the tipster told Life & Style. "She has sympathy that he's estranged from some of her siblings, but she idolizes her mom and is just doing what feels comfortable."

The report came just days after Jolie and Pitt's daughter, Vivienne, opted to drop his family name in the Playbill of the musical "The Outsiders," produced by Jolie. The teenager, a producer assistant for the play, was listed as "Vivienne Jolie" and not "Vivienne Jolie-Pitt."

The move also followed months after Zahara seemingly shaded their dad and introduced herself as Zahara Marley Jolie when she joined the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority at Spelman College in November 2023.

"My name is Zahara Marley Jolie. And [I] landed all the way from the Golden State in the city full of angels: Los Angeles, California," she said in a video obtained by Essence.

Previous reports claimed that Shiloh had maintained a good bond with her father. One source said that she and her brother Knox, Vivienne's twin, argued with their other brothers and sisters over their parents' feud.

Shiloh and Knox reportedly maintained an open line with their dad, unlike their other siblings. Pitt and Jolie share six kids -- Maddox, 22, Pax, 20, Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 18, and 15-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox.

"The siblings do get into arguments about their parents," the source claimed.

"While Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Vivienne are all adamantly on Team Angie, Shiloh and Knox continue to talk to their dad. The other kids don't understand their connection to Brad. They try to persuade them to switch sides, and it causes a lot of tension."

Another insider claimed that Shiloh wanted her parents to be amicable amid their legal battle, despite some of her siblings taking sides in their parents' feud.

"Maddox has clearly sided with Angelina, but Shiloh just wants her family to be whole and happy again," the unnamed source told Life & Style. "[Shiloh] loves both her parents, and while she understands things will always be different, her dream is to see them become friends."
