American Tourist Grabs Kate Middleton's Head While Taking A Selfie In Resurfaced Photo
Kate Middleton never lost her poise, even after one fan grabbed her for a selfie.
The Princess of Wales has been missing for months as she continues her cancer treatment. However, a photo of her from last year's Coronation Concert resurfaced. In the snap, an overly excited American tourist was so thrilled to meet the future queen that she grabbed her head as they posed for a selfie, the Mirror reported.
A security guard reportedly stepped in, pushing the woman's hand away from Prince William's wife. The personnel also approached Middleton to assess the situation, but the latter remained calm and collected.
After the selfie, the Duchess of Cambridge politely told the other woman, "Nice to meet you," suggesting that she was alarmed by what happened.
The fan, who was reportedly overwhelmed after meeting the royal up close, smiled with delight before apologizing to the security guard.
At the time, the Prince and Princess of Wales made a surprise appearance to greet the concertgoers on The Long Walk in Windsor. Fans were thrilled with the royal couple's unannounced appearance ahead of the star-studded Coronation Concert at Windsor Castle.
In the same walkabout, the royal mom of three was caught on camera consoling a crying little girl. Middleton squatted and talked to the child. She hugged her and touched her back to comfort her while they spoke.
During the outing, Middleton donned a light blue linen blazer by Reiss layered over a simple white top she tucked into black slacks. She paired her get-up with white sneakers from Vega and accessorized with pearl drop earrings. She also wore her sapphire-and-diamond engagement ring.
Middleton has not been seen in public since her cancer announcement in March. According to insiders, her diary for 2024 is empty, and she might not attend next month's Trooping the Colour or make any appearances for the rest of the year.

However, Rebecca English, Daily Mail's royal editor, claimed in a recent report that the Princess of Wales "has been seen out and about more with her family in recent weeks." Many fans did not believe her report because there were no photos of Middleton supporting the alleged outing.
"So Kate Middleton is out and about but so ill that she isn't seen by anyone? No videos, no proof of life. Just [an] attempt at controlling the narrative. She is ill and surrounded by 'blood family' but also 'well and out and about.' Which is it? Catherine Princess of Wales," one commented.
