Notorious B.I.G.'s Mom 'Liked' Diddy But Now Wants To 'Slap The Daylights Out Of Him'
Voletta Wallace revealed he went from liking Sean "Diddy" Combs to wanting to "slap" him.
In an interview with Rolling Stone, the mother of the late rapper said she is "ashamed and embarrassed" by the "awful things" Diddy did, including his 2016 assault on then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura that was captured by a hotel surveillance camera.
"I hope that I see Sean one day, and the only thing I want to do is slap the daylights out of him. And you can quote me on that. Because I liked him. I didn't want to believe all the awful things, but I'm so ashamed and embarrassed," she told the outlet.
Wallace added that the multiple allegations of violence and sexual abuse against the "Act Bad" artist made her "sick to [her] stomach."
"I'm sick to my stomach. I'm praying for Cassie. I'm praying for his mother. I don't want to believe the things that I've heard, but I've seen [the hotel video]. I pray that he apologizes to her," she said.
Aside from Cassie, the mother of Biggie Smalls hopes Diddy apologizes and opens up to his mom.
"He needs to apologize to his mother. I hope to God he sits her down and spills his guts and apologizes to her," she said.
Sean previously released a public apology video on his Instagram account for his actions, saying, "I'm truly sorry."
"It's so difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, but sometimes you gotta do that. I was f***ed up. I mean, I hit rock bottom. But, I make no excuses. My behavior in that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video."
"I am disgusted. I was disgusted then when I did it. I am disgusted now," added the "Bad Boy for Life" artist.
"I had to go into therapy, go into rehab. I asked God for his mercy and grace. I'm so sorry, but I'm committed to being a better man each and every day. I'm not asking for forgiveness. I'm truly sorry."
There is a significant connection between the 71-year-old retired teacher and founder of the Christopher Wallace Memorial Foundation because her late son reportedly achieved success when he signed to Bad Boy Records, the record label founded by Combs in 1993.
His son, The Notorious B.I.G., is "most definitely the biggest artist of Bad Boy Records and will be until the end of time," according to Hot New Hip-Hop.
