Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner Reunite Over The Weekend Amid Jennifer Lopez Divorce Rumors

Ben Affleck reunited with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner over the weekend as rumors continue to swirl that he and his current wife Jennifer Lopez are going through a marital crisis.

The "Gone Girl" star and the "13 Going on 30" actress were photographed accompanying their son Samuel, 12, at his basketball match in Santa Monica Saturday -- just a day after Lopez announced that she's canceling her summer tour to spend more time with her family.

Photos published by the Daily Mail showed Affleck walking behind Garner and Samuel as the exes headed to their respective cars.

For the outing, Affleck dressed comfortably in a blue checkered button-up shirt, white T-shirt, blue jeans, and white Nike sneakers.

The snaps captured Affleck sporting his wedding ring, which he had ditched a few times over the past weeks.

The Oscar winner was also seen carrying a colorful, plaid jacket, which he later wore.

Garner matched her ex-husband's vibe in a dark navy, patterned sweater, light blue jeans, and sneakers. The actress accessorized the look with black sunglasses, a matching watch, and a purse.

Affleck and Garner have been co-parenting their three children since finalizing their divorce in 2018 and regularly meet up to spend time with Samuel, Violet, 18, and Fin, 15, as a family.

The trio's outing came as Affleck's marriage to Lopez continues to be plagued by split speculation.

The rumors have swirled since reports surfaced that Affleck moved out of their Beverly Hills marital home and into a rental in Los Angeles' Brentwood neighborhood.

Photos of Affleck stepping out sans his wedding ring and his absence from Lopez's recent movie premiere only served to fuel the speculation.

On Thursday, Lopez and Affleck were spotted in public together for the first time in nearly two weeks as they attended his daughter Violet's graduation ceremony and celebration in L.A.

However, the Daily Mail reported that Affleck returned to his Brentwood rental after the ceremony.

Neither Affleck nor Lopez has publicly addressed the divorce rumors.

According to In Touch Weekly, Affleck has been leaning on Garner -- who is dating businessman John Miller -- amid his marital issues with Lopez.

However, an unnamed insider claimed to the outlet that Lopez was allegedly not happy about Affleck confiding in Garner.

"Everyone knows that Ben and Jen remained very close after their divorce. He confides in Jen about everything, even his issues with J.Lo," the source claimed. "J.Lo hates that Ben goes back to his sensible, down-to-earth ex-wife for advice and emotional support. She doesn't want Jen's input."
