President Joe Biden Quietly Offers ‘Mass Amnesty’ To Migrants And Terminates 350K Asylum Cases: Report
President Joe Biden's administration is allegedly quietly offering mass amnesty to thousands of migrants in America, per the 'New York Post.'
The media outlet reported in March that the head of the Border Patrol Union, Brandon Judd, expected an "amnesty program in the future," to accommodate the wave of migrants that have entered the country since the start of his presidential term.
"They're just paroling people in through airports rather than having them come across the border," Judd told the news outlet. "It's just a bait and switch."
The US government has reportedly closed over 350,000 asylum cases filed by migrants since 2022, so long as applicants do not obtain a criminal record, or are otherwise not deemed a threat to the nation.
According to the news outlet, this insists that no clear declaration has been made regarding their status, and that cases are "terminated without a decision on the merits of their asylum claim." This renders them terminated from the system without a need to follow up with authorities.
Former immigration judge, Andrew Arthur — who works for the Center for Immigration Studies — claimed the quiet maneuver was a plan to bring "massive amnesty under the guise of prosecutorial discretion."
"You're basically allowing people who don't have a right to be in the United States to be here indefinitely," he told The Post.
In March, ENSTARZ reported that Biden's administration was responsible for secretly flying 320,000 migrants into 43 American airports in 2023 by way of a "pre-approved" cell phone app called CBP One Mobile.
"Please let everyone know what's really going on," an officer from International Cultural Exchange Services (ICE) told The Post.
