Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's home has reportedly resurfaced on the realtor website Zillow.

Lopez, 54, and Affleck, 51, have been plagued with divorce rumors in recent weeks. Amid the speculations that their marriage has been on the rocks, the Daily Mail noticed that their marital home -- the $60 million Beverly Hills mansion -- was uploaded to Zillow on June 1 and June 5. However, it is still listed as sold.

The celebrity couple purchased the luxurious property in May 2023, 10 months after they eloped in Las Vegas. They paid $60.85 million in cash for their dream home after a two-year search.

The newly built 43,000-square-foot home features 17 bedrooms, 30 bathrooms, and parking that can accommodate 80 vehicles, according to Page Six. The Zillow ad also stated it has "a one-of-a-kind indoor sports complex" with a basketball, pickleball, gym and boxing ring. It also includes a sports bar, outdoor lounging, a zero-edge pool and spacious grounds.

The news about the couple's dream house being listed on a realtor website came weeks after it was reported that the "Marry Me" actress and "Gone Girl" actor had been living separately. Last month, Affleck was seen coming and going to the same house he reportedly rented in the Brentwood neighborhood. Per TMZ, he has been spending his nights there and has never been seen in his marital home with Lopez for weeks.

Meanwhile, Lopez was also seen on a separate outing in the same week with her producing partner, Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, without Affleck in Beverly Hills. The "Selena" actress was reportedly house hunting. She was even photographed exiting a luxury property.

An unnamed source previously told In Touch that the couple was heading for divorce, and it was allegedly Lopez's fault. The same insider claimed that they would eventually sell their dream house.

"Ben already moved out, and they'll likely have to sell the dream house they spent two years searching for. They'll never stop loving each other, but she can't control him, and he can't change her. There's no way it could have lasted," the source said.

"The writing is on the wall -- it's over," the tipster added. "They're headed for a divorce -- and for once, [Ben's] not to blame!"

Meanwhile, Lopez slammed the "negativity" in a newsletter she sent her fans on Wednesday. She thanked her fans for supporting her new Netflix movie "Atlas" and seemingly subtly addressed the divorce rumors.

"It may seem like there's a lot of negativity out in the world right now...but don't let the voices of a few drown out that there is soooo much love out there," Lopez wrote, per Fox News.
