Jon Gosselin is showing off his toned body after revealing that he lost more than 30 pounds with the help of weight-loss medications.

On Sunday, the "Jon & Kate Plus 8" alum took to Instagram to share a photo of him and his girlfriend Stephanie Lebo during what appeared to be a vacation in Brigantine, New Jersey.

Gosselin flaunted his slimmer body in a light blue fitted tank top and orange swim trunks. He paired the outfit with sneakers and a silver necklace.

Lebo could be seen kissing Gosselin on the cheek as she took the mirror selfie using her phone.

The lash artist was also dressed for a day at the beach in a printed black crop top, cut-off denim shorts and slippers.

"Beach Day," Lebo captioned the snap, which was shared by Gosselin on his Instagram page.

The 47-year-old reality star's fans gushed over the photo, noting that he looked much happier now.

"Happy looks good on you. Wish you guys the best in your healthy relationship," one fan wrote in the comments section.

"We have come so far since the sweater vest days, loud breathing, and the Karen haircuts," a second user commented. "Hell yes, Jon!!!!!"

Another comment read: "You look so much happier now...so wonderful to see."

"I have never wanted someone to win at life more," a fourth user declared.

Back in April, Gosselin got candid about his weight loss journey.

He told Page Six that he had lost 32 pounds just two months after he began taking semaglutide, the generic form of Ozempic.

"You know what's annoying? The regret of not starting it 10 years ago," Gosselin said. "I feel amazing! Like, why didn't I do this sooner? Maybe it wasn't the right time."

Semaglutide is an injectable drug used to lower blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes. It is FDA-approved for weight loss under the brand name Wegovy.

Gosselin also said that since he's been on the medication, his eating habits have improved, and he's given up alcohol altogether.

"It's really nice because it helped me stop drinking and it helped me get my appetite under control with less eating," he told the outlet. "I was able to really refocus my diet that way. I just focused on consuming what I need to consume in a healthy manner."

The revelation came after Gosselin shared with Entertainment Tonight in February that he gained 35 pounds after quitting his daytime job as an IT technician to work as a DJ full-time.

"I just got complacent with my health. I'm in a comfortable relationship. I love my girlfriend, Stephanie. We just eat whatever we want, do whatever," he said of his girlfriend, who is also on Ozempic.
