Andy Cohen defended Jennifer Lopez from her critics.

Cohen, 56, weighed in on the backlash that the "Let's Get Loud" singer received in recent weeks in the recent episode of "Daddy Diaries" podcast. He said he was "amazed" by the criticism and even called out a headline from The Hollywood Reporter, which read "The J. Lo Bubble Burst -- How (Un)Likability Ruined Her Tour."

The Bravo executive shared a friend's claim that Lopez had "pissed off a lot of people." He recounted the four times Lopez appeared on his talk show "Watch What Happens Live," and he had no issues with her.

"I don't think that's correct," Cohen said in defense of the 54-year-old singer-actress.

"No drama," he said of Lopez. "[She] wasn't late, wasn't anything. [She] showed up, was game, did the show."

He added that he "could talk to [Lopez] about anything."

Cohen's statement about Lopez came weeks after Meghan McCain aired her not-so-pleasant encounter with Lopez on "The View," where she was a cohost from 2017 to 2021. According to the author of "Bad Republican: A Memoir," Lopez was a terrible guest.

"She just is a deeply unpleasant person," McCain said of Lopez in an episode of the "Citizen McCain" podcast earlier this month. "She had the biggest entourage I've ever seen. More than Kim Kardashian and the president. I just don't really understand why it was needed."

She added, "She was not nice. You don't always have to be so nice, but it was surprising that people like Kim Kardashian couldn't be more delightful. When you're coming on a show for a 10-minute segment... just fake it till you make it for 10 f**king minutes."

Reality TV producer Carlos King, who appeared as a guest on the said episode, said he had a different experience with Lopez. Like Cohen, King said Lopez was "so nice" and a "hard worker."

Another source told the Daily Mail that the "Jenny from the Block" singer was "shocked" by the bad press since she was not used to "bad feedback." However, she will reportedly march on.

For months, there have been rumors that Lopez and Ben Affleck are heading for divorce. Daily Mail's source said she was over fighting for their marriage and planned to resume her canceled "This Is Me...Live" tour in 2025.

"Jenny has had enough, and she really tried, but she can do no more, it's not getting any better, it's worse," said an unnamed source

Another tipster claimed she resented her husband, who allegedly criticized her for her over-the-top workout routine. She also allegedly ate junk food when they were together. Now that they're living separately, Lopez is reportedly "going turbo on the fitness and beauty regime."
