Draya Michele has filed a lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend, Tyrod Taylor, for allegedly not fulfilling the house deal they previously agreed on.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the 39-year-old media personality initially offered her ex $2.8 million for the Los Angeles home but ended up closing on a $3.2 million deal in January. 

Per Draya, the football quarterback threatened to evict her after she had already paid nearly $300,000 into the house.

Aside from the alleged threat of eviction, Tyrod refused to sell her the property despite their previous verbal agreement. There was no written contract as they were still together at the time. 

Now, she is suing the NFL star for breach of contract and is reportedly asking for unspecified damages.

Shortly after the report about Draya's claims came out, Taylor took to Instagram Story to share a few lyrics from Kendrick Lamar's diss track for Drake titled "euphoria."

"Know you a master manipulator and habitual liar too / But don't tell no lie about me and I won't tell truths 'bout you," the lyrics read.

While he did not explicitly mention Michele, social media users speculated that the post was for her.

"Nah. Using them Kendrick lyrics be the perfect subliminal," commented one Instagram user.

"Kendrick got lyrics for EVERYBODY in any SITUATION," quipped another.

"Why do I believe him though?" asked a different commenter.

"No paperwork equals nothin' in real estate. I promise you that," opined a fourth user.

"He posted K Dot lyrics. SHE BETTA heed his warning before it's too late," joked a different person.

Michele and Taylor previously dated from 2020 to 2023. She is now romantically involved with Houston Rockets player Jalen Green, 22, who is the baby daddy of her 1-month-old baby girl.

Dating rumors about Green and Michele started in August last year when the NBA star was only 21 years old and she was 38.

Many found their relationship off because of their 17-year age gap, especially since the fashion designer's eldest son, Kniko, is almost the same age as the NBA star. Aside from Kniko, Draya is also a mom to 7-year-old Jru.

Meanwhile, Jalen is also the baby daddy of 23-year-old California student Myah Iakopo's baby born in February.
