'Street Outlaws' Star Lizzy Musi Dies At 33 After Battling Stage 4 Breast Cancer
Pat Musi, Lizzy Musi's father, stated that she passed away "in the comfort of her own home, with her family by her side."
'Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings' racer Lizzy Musi has passed away at the age of 33 after battling stage 4 breast cancer.

Lizzy's father, Pat Musi, confirmed her death in a Facebook post on Thursday, June 27.
"Surrounded by her Family, in the comfort of her own home, Lizzy was called to heaven at 11:25pm tonight," the post said. "Thank you for all the prayers and support throughout her battle. At this time, the family would like to have time to process, grieve [sic] and make arrangements in peace. We will give an update as soon as we have information to share."
After the announcement, supporters flooded the comment section of Lizzy's final Instagram update on May 31st, where she had tagged Medias Klinikum Burghausen, a cancer treatment center in Germany.

The post featured a hospital room scene with a bouquet of red roses and a note, accompanied by the caption: "Thank you so much for the beautiful flowers Mikey!! made my morning on top of great news this morning!!"
One follower expressed their condolences with, "May you live on forever, race in heaven Lizzy," following the news of her passing. Another commented, "Rest in peace to a true legend! Your presence will be deeply missed."
A third tribute read, "Farewell to a drag racing icon. Rest in peace."
Lizzy disclosed her cancer diagnosis in an Instagram post in April 2023.
"Hey Everyone, I haven't been able to have much time to post due to an unexpected life change. A few days ago I have been diagnosed with triple negative stage 4 breast cancer that has moved to my lymph nodes to my liver," she said, continuing, "I have a rough journey ahead of me. I appreciate everyone's messages and calls."
In June 2023, two months later, Lizzy announced on social media that she had shaved her head due to "extreme hair loss."
"Kye shaved it for me and it was at the race track. I don't think I would have had it any other way," she stated on Instagram. "Every time I brushed my hair it would just fall out in clumps. I had bald spots and excessive shedding it was just getting to the point where I was ready to take that step."
"Well here is the new me....some days are tough to look in the mirror but there are days where I feel stronger than ever," she said.
Hailing from North Carolina, Lizzy gained prominence through her appearances on the Discovery Channel's 'Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings', a spinoff launched in 2018 from the original 'Street Outlaws' series. She co-starred alongside her father Pat, a renowned figure in the racing world, holding the title of eight-time PDRA Pro Street World Champion as stated on his official website.
The passing of the reality TV star follows the tragic deaths of fellow 'Street Outlaws' personalities. Ryan Fellows, a driver on 'Street Outlaws: Fastest in America', passed away at 41 following a car accident in August 2022. Christopher "Kentucky" Ellis, another 'Street Outlaws' star, died at 39 in September 2020.
The automotive expert was discovered deceased at his residence in Oklahoma City.
