The cast members of the hit series "Stranger Things" and "Euphoria" have stayed out of each other's way in recent years, according to a report.

The biggest names in "Euphoria" include Zendaya, Jacob Elordi and Sydney Sweeney. Meanwhile, Millie Bobby Brown and Finn Wolfhard are also making waves thanks to the success of their sci-fi horror drama TV series. However, there is reportedly a "schism between the two casts" when it comes to their dedication to the projects that catapulted them to fame.

"The 'Stranger Things' cast is much more unified behind that franchise as a whole, while the young actors on 'Euphoria' are constantly chasing that next brass ring," an unnamed source told Life & Style. "And the 'Euphoria' actors only share the spotlight grudgingly, while the 'Stranger Things' actors are all about cheering each other on and being as supportive as possible of one another."

The tipster also pointed out the similarities between the two groups -- they are both young and making a name in Hollywood. However, they are reportedly "two sides of the same coin."

"These two casts are two sides of the same coin when it comes to Hollywood's young generation. They all want to be movie stars, and the 'Euphoria' kids are definitely making strides in that department," the insider continued. "Zendaya is a true A-lister now, and Jacob and Sydney Sweeney are well on their way to that goal. But the TV show that made these guys so popular is on indefinite hold because of the cast's demanding schedules."

The source claimed that the "Stranger Things" cast prioritizes the show. And they would "put the brakes on everything they're working on this year as they're finally getting called back to the set to film their new season, which is a massive process that takes eight months of daily work to complete."

Meanwhile, "Euphoria" fans are still waiting for Season 3, which has not yet begun production. Zendaya agreed they should do a third installment, but the source claimed that her co-stars were also busy with other projects, and they couldn't drop it for the series.

"You can see why there's been so little crossover between these groups over the last five years. It's two fundamentally different philosophies that are driving these two groups, and they steer clear of each other personally and professionally for that exact reason!" the tipster continued.

"Stranger Things" Season 5 is expected to arrive in 2025. As for "Euphoria" Season 3, The Hollywood Reporter and Deadline reported earlier this year that series creator Sam Levinson was not done with the script yet, but they're also targeting a 2025 release.
