BET Awards Blue Carpet 2024: 8 Worst Dressed Celebrities

Musicians and celebrities gathered again for the annual BET Awards and wore their best looks for the blue carpet.

While many dressed to the nines for Sunday's event at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, California, some showed off fashion fails instead.

Here are eight of the worst dressed celebrities at this year's BET Awards.

1. Remy Ma

The "All The Way Up" artist arrived nearly naked on the blue carpet in her barely-there bejeweled mini dress she paired with a matching bangle, oversized earrings and strappy heels.

When the video of her arrival was posted on the BET Awards official X account, one user commented, "Why is she naked? This is something I think I would never understand."

2. Saucy Santana

"Saucy Santana is the reason our ancestors are rolling in their graves," commented one X user on the "Walk Em Like A Dog" rapper's fashion choice -- a black dress with unusual slits and cuts -- for the awards show.

Another opined, "Stylist did him dirty with that trash bag a** outfit."

3. Tinashe

While the Lexington-born singer looked hot in her gray tube top and cut-out overalls, her outfit choice appeared to be a better fit at Coachella than the BET Awards.

The strappy accents of her overall look gave off a vibe for the famous music festival.

4. Muni Long

Contrary to her name, Muni Long's choice of length for her BET Awards dress looked kind of short for her. Aside from being too short, it even had a slit on the side.

One wrong move could have led her to a wardrobe malfunction.

5. ScarLip

The "Glizzly Gobbler" artist had an unusual choice of fit for the blue carpet -- a barely-there black bra, short ripped black shorts and an oversized ankle-length coat.

"They failed ScarLip so bad! Bloated and hefty like the trash bag she is in. Ripped up shorts and missing nails! The wig lace line is a mess!" said one X user of her look.

6. Lauryn Hill

Social media users were confused as to what the 49-year-old rapper was thinking when she chose her dress for the BET Awards stage.

Many X users said that she looked like she wore a "bed sheet or a parachute," a "tent" and a "comforter set," among many others while someone joked that she "loves wearing a 'vag steam' draping."

7. Lil' Mo

Purple sparkle seemed to be the "Superwoman Pt. II" artist's peg for the BET Awards blue carpet this year when she arrived in a head-to-toe sparkling purple hat, tube top, panty and strappy boots.

When a fan account tweeted that "Lil' Mo looks gorgeous for the #BETAwards," many disagreed, tweeting, "[Are] we looking at the same picture?" and "Don't lie."

8. Jhonni Blaze

The "Pressure" rapper walked the blue carpet in an all-white sexy outfit -- a white bra top that looked like flower petals and a matching body-hugging mermaid skirt.

From the side, her choice of outfit exposed a part of her chest and bum.
