Foolio Footage Leaked: Surveillance Video Shows Exact Moment Rapper Was Shot Dead
A new video of the shooting of rapper Julio Foolio in Tampa has been released.
The "List of Dead Opps" artist was shot and killed at around 4:40 a.m. at the Holiday Inn Tampa North on East Fowler Avenue on June 23, just two days after he celebrated his 26th birthday.
In the surveillance video obtained by TMZ, a masked gunman with what appeared to be a semi-automatic rifle could be seen dashing through the parking lot. The shooter had the gun aimed in the direction of Foolio's black car, ready to fire.

As soon as the rapper's car came close, the gunman immediately fired the gun at him. After several shots, Julio's car hit the curb and sped around a corner to dodge the gunshots.
Per TMZ, other gunmen also waited for the "Ion Need Love" rapper's car. The suspects were able to get away after their crime.
Aside from Julio, three other people were reportedly with him in the vehicle, but they were left with non-life-threatening injuries, unlike him, who died from the attack.
Another video showed one of the three people being stretchered away.
The release of the surveillance videos came after new posts were uploaded on the late rapper's social media page starting Sunday.
In the first video uploaded on Julio's page, he talked about how he would like to be remembered after his passing, saying, "As a funny, good-hearted young man who loved his people."
In the second one, he talked about being a "demigod," saying in an old interview, "I'm going to be here for sure. I ain't going nowhere, I'm a demigod... You can't get me."
A third video was also posted at the time, but it has since been deleted.
This series of uploads left fans confused about whether the rapper was really dead or is still alive.
Recently, two new videos were put up on the late rapper's page. The first one is an edited video using Foolio's face on WWE Undertaker's body, with the caption, "He's here, going to shock the world when the time is right. Game over?? The game just begun."
A few hours ago, another video showing a clip from "Child's Play" was posted and captioned with a phrase associated with the voodoo religion, "ade due damballa #DEMIGOD," and an evil face emoji.
The post was also shared in an IG Story with the text, "Again, my grandma does voodoo."
Enstarz could not independently confirm who is behind the activity on the late rapper's Instagram page.
