Ivanka Trump, Husband Jared Kushner Working With Best Architects And Brands For Their Luxury Aman Hotel In Albania
Ivanka Trump opened up about what keeps her busy after missing several events involving her dad, Donald Trump.
Ivanka was noticeably missing during Trump's hush money trial. She was also not present when the ex-POTUS had a face-off with Joe Biden during the first 2024 presidential debate last week. The former first daughter is occupied with her business.
"Right now, I'm working with my husband," Trump said in an interview on Lex Friedman's podcast. "We have this 1,400-acre island in the Mediterranean, and we're bringing in the best architects and the best brands."
Ivanka and Kushner's resort will be run by Vlad Doronin's ultra-luxe Aman brand. The hotel will also feature the foodie hotspot Carbone.

"Aman's going to operate the hotel for us, and they're going to be villas, and we have Carbone, who's going to be doing the food and beverage," Ivanka added. "But it's amazing to bring together all of this talent. And for me to be able to play around and flex the real estate muscles again and have some fun with it."
Ivanka previously worked for her father in the White House. However, she has since taken a backseat from his political campaign. As for their upcoming hotel, the 42-year-old said she would "honor the topography" of the area.
She also gave an overview of what the hotel would look like. Ivanka said the conceptual drawings were "very modern, but making it feel right in terms of the context of the vegetation and the terrain that exists is, and not just have a beautiful glass box." When it comes to materials, she says they will use glass to highlight the ocean view.

"Obviously you want glass. You want to look out and see that gorgeous blue ocean, but how do you do that in a way that doesn't feel generic and isn't a squandered opportunity to create something new," she added.
Ivanka and her stepmom, Melania Trump, allegedly clashed when they were in the White House. Both have been missing in Trump's recent engagements. However, the duo reunited to support the Trump patriarch after he lost the hush money trial last month. The guilty verdict reportedly drew the Trump family members closer.
"This includes a thaw in the sometimes chilly and tense relationship between Melania and Ivanka," a source told Page Six. "The entire family, including all Trump's children, and their [significant others, including Don Jr.'s fiancee] Kimberly Guilfoyle, are all circling the wagons."
