YouTuber Pretty Pastel Please has tragically died. She was 30.

The Australian influencer, whose real name was Alexandra or "Alex," passed away last month, according to a statement posted to her Instagram page Friday.

The cause of death was not disclosed.

In the "In Memoriam" caption, Pretty Pastel Please's passing was described as "sudden, unexpected and devastating to all who knew her."

"It is with a heavy heart that we must inform you that Alex, known to many as Pretty Pastel Please, has passed away," the statement said.

"This is a shock to us all, and her family and friends have requested privacy as they navigate their grief," it continued. "We would ask that you respect their wishes -- they appreciate all of your support but need time to heal in private."

It was also revealed that a memorial for the late YouTuber will be posted on YouTube and Instagram in the coming weeks.

"Thank you for understanding in this difficult time," the statement added.

The post featured a photo of Pretty Pastel Please holding her pet bird.

Fans and fellow influencers flocked to the comments section to mourn and honor Pretty Pastel Please.

"Rest in peace Alex," influencer Kim Dao wrote. "You were beautiful and I'll always cherish the memories we had. I'll never forget us bonding over being ADHD buddies. I'm devastated but I hope you will watch over us now."

One devastated fan commented, "This is not what I wanted to open Instagram to today. Rest in peace, Alex. You were a joy to watch and follow these past years."

"I've been watching her since I was just a teenager in school," another shared. "This is one of the first contact creator deaths that actually feels personal, although I could never begin to imagine the grief her loved ones feel. I'm so sorry."

Some also lamented how Pretty Pastel Please was subjected to "cruel" comments over her personal life in the past few years.

"It's been very difficult to watch her health decline over the past few years and to then watch others be so incredibly cruel to her," one fan commented. "I don't want to speculate on how she passed, but regardless, I hope all of those who participated in kicking her when she was down really look within themselves and feel shame over their behavior."

Last year, Pretty Pastel Please revealed in a YouTube livestream that she and her husband were getting divorced.

She previously opened up about dealing with online hate in a post back in December 2022.

At the time, the social media personality wrote that she "can see a thousand positive comments and forget them all the moment someone says they don't like me."

Pretty Pastel Please's last Instagram post came on May 24 when she told fans that she would be streaming on Twitch three times a week.

She last went live on Twitch on June 25 and uploaded her final YouTube video in May.

Pretty Pastel Please was known for her vlogs, product reviews, fashion hauls and travel content. Her most popular video, which featured her only eating food from a 7-Eleven in Japan for a week, has more than 4.2 million views.
