Jeremy "JR" Robinson, a prominent attorney specializing in criminal defense and personal injury cases, who has been publicly linked to singer and reality TV personality Tamar Braxton, was arrested.

On June 27, Robinson was taken into custody in Georgia on charges of driving under the influence (DUI).

'The Georgia Gazette' reported that Robinson faced three misdemeanor charges; driving under the influence of alcohol, violation of traffic control device, and willful obstruction of a law enforcement officer.

He was subsequently released on bond after his arrest.

As of this writing, he has not publicaly commented on the incident. His silence fueled speculation about the possible effects of his arrrest on his professional career and his personal life, particularly his relationship with Tamar Braxton. The couple, who got engaged in 2023, have been in the public eye due to their high-profile, on-and-off romance.

Robinson and Braxton, 47, met on Peacock's reality dating show 'Queen's Court.' 'The Jasmine Brand' reports they ended their engagement, but reconciled after the lawyer proposed for a second time in December.

"3 months ago we thought we HATED each other and we were completely OVER ... we knew that whatever happened in the past was just that and ANYTHING other than US and our family only mattered," the "Let Me Know" singer wrote on Instagram.

Her caption included how the couple doesn't care "if anyone disagrees with it ... we choose to love each other OUTLOUD and PROUD‍️because we found something worth fighting for and forgiving each other for EVERYDAY in front and behind the scenes."
