Donald Trump Calls George Clooney 'A Fake Movie Actor' Who Never Made 'A Good Movie'
Donald Trump expressed his disapproval of George Clooney's political views and films after the actor penned an op-ed.
On Wednesday, Trump used Truth Social to criticize Clooney for his 'New York Times' op-ed where the actor suggested that President Joe Biden should withdraw from the 2024 presidential race.

Clooney, 63, argued that Biden, 81, the likely Democratic presidential nominee, cannot defeat Trump due to his purported declining mental sharpness. His comments come weeks after raising millions for Biden's campaign, 'Fox News' reports.
Many Democrats, including Rep. Lloyd Doggett, have urged Biden to suspend his presidential campaign following his reportedly poor performance in the June 27 debate against Trump, which raised concerns about his cognitive abilities.
Trump believes Biden is his best chance to regain the White House, so he prefers Biden to remain in the presidential race.
In reaction to Clooney's comments, Trump, positioned as the likely Republican nominee, criticized Clooney as a "fake movie actor" who "never came close to making a great movie." He also accused both Clooney and Biden of betrayal.
Trump, 78, also accused Clooney of lacking knowledge and merely regurgitating Democratic talking points.
He also blasted Biden, claiming he "didn't save our Democracy. He brought our Democracy to its knees." He then suggested Clooney should exit politics and return to television because "movies never really worked for him!"
