Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez may not make money from selling their marital mansion, according to a celebrity realtor.

Affleck, 51, and Lopez, 54, have finally made their $60 million marital home listing public. Josh Flagg, a celebrity realtor, weighed in on how much the celebrity couple would make from selling the property after it was listed on the market for $68 million.

Flagg, who is not associated with the sale, told People that the listing price is "relatively close to what they paid for it," which "means they really want to move the property."

"With that said, I'm also going to take [a guess] that they're not going to walk out of this making money. They're going to either break even or take a small loss," he added.

Flagg also pointed out how most people do not sell the property they purchased after just a year. According to him, those who do have significant reasons.

"Generally, people do not sell their primary residence a year after they buy it unless there is a divorce, a death, or some kind of desperation," he explained.

For months, the celebrity couple dubbed "Bennifer," who reunited in 2021, 18 years after they canceled their 2003 wedding, has been plagued with split rumors. Several sources claimed that their two-year marriage was heading for divorce.

Despite the alleged tension in their marriage, Flagg believes that it would not be a "deterrent" for a buyer.

"If a buyer wants to buy a house, they're going to buy a house. If anything, at least it is giving me some press to the house. It's good advertising for the property," he said.

Affleck and Lopez's mansion appeared on a realtor website in June. However, at the time, it was still listed as sold. But they made the listing public on Thursday, fueling the divorce rumors even more.

An unnamed real estate source told People that potential buyers showed "very little initial interest" in the property, which features 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms and numerous amenities like a sports lounge and a fully equipped gym.

"After privately showing the house for a few weeks, they had very little interest. Publicly listing it was the next natural step," the tipster claimed.

Lopez and Affleck have been living separately. The "Gone Girl" actor has been living in a rental apartment in Brentwood, near his ex-wife Jennifer Garner's home.

Meanwhile, another source told Us Weekly that "Ben and Jen never felt settled" in the "incredibly huge house." They reportedly "rarely have all the kids there at once," and it was "huge" for them.

Affleck shares three kids with Garner -- Violet, 18, Fin, 15, and Samuel, 12. Lopez also shares 16-year-old twins Max and Emme with her ex-husband, Marc Anthony.
