After going viral for her less-than-stellar rendition of 'The Star Spangled Banner' at the 2024 MLB Home Run Derby, Ingrid Andress is breaking her silence.

"I'm not gonna bulls**t y'all, I was drunk last night," Andress said in a statement on social media. "I'm checking myself into a facility today to get the help I need."

The country singer admitted "that was not me last night. I apologize to MLB, all the fans, and this country I love so much for that rendition. I'll let y'all know how rehab is I hear it's super fun."

The 32-year-old said she would check herself "into a facility today to get the help I need" after her performance at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, with some MLB All-Stars struggling to keep composure.

She drew comparisons to Fergie's NBA All-Star Game performance in 2018 and Roseanne Barr's rendition at 1990's San Diego Padres vs. Cincinnati Reds game. Fergie, 49, and Barr have both been mocked for their cringe-worthy renditions of the national anthem.

Andress is a four-time Grammy nominee, known for songs "Lady Like" (2020) and "More Hearts Than Mine" (2019).

'CBS Sports' reports the singer headlined tours of her own and opened on Keith Urban's "The Speed of Now World Tour" in 2022. The Michigan native won the BMI Country Award for Most-Performed Songs of the Year in 2020 and 2023.

She joined the cappella group, Pitch Slapped, and performed on the NBC singing competition 'The Sing-Off' in 2010. The group was eliminated early.
