Kai Cenat is a proud owner of a new house, and he's letting his apprentice move in.

The popular Twitch streamer announced over the weekend that he has closed in on a deal for his "first personal house."

"I closed in on my first personal house! I bought a house!" Cenat excitedly shared during a July 14 stream.

Interestingly, Cenat, who has over 12.2 million followers on Twitch, revealed that he won't be sleeping in his new crib. Instead, he's letting his close friend and collaborator, Ray Asian Boy, live in the new home.

"No, I won't be living there, chat. I just bought a house because...Well, I'll move some of my stuff that doesn't need to be in this room there."

He added, "Ray will now have his setup in my house. So no neighbors can complain when Ray is streaming."

Cenat clarified that Ray will not be showing fans around the house and will just be streaming from "his own little setup." He joked that should the Taiwan-born streamer decide to give a house tour, "he's getting deported."

As for why he won't be living in his new house, the proud homeowner explained that he wanted to keep his iconic setup that fans are already familiar with.

"The reason why I won't sleep in my new house is because I feel like it will mess up the vibes of this crib. So, I would always sleep here," Cenat said.

Ray's rise to social media popularity started in July 2023, when he met Cenat during a trip to Japan. The interaction went viral online and led to a close friendship between the two.

Ray has been a regular in Kai Cenat's Twitch streams and was even part of the hit overnight stream with Druski and Kevin Hart.
