Witnesses Feared Pax Jolie-Pitt Died In Bike Accident; Angelina's Son Already Had 'Multiple' Crashes: Report
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's son Pax Jolie-Pitt was thought dead by people who witnessed his harrowing electric bike crash Monday.
Unidentified eyewitnesses told TMZ that residents of the Los Angeles street where Pax's accident occurred found the 20-year-old lying still and "out cold" on the ground right after he crashed into the back of a car.
The residents initially feared Pax -- who was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash -- died at the scene, according to the sources.
Pax later regained consciousness when emergency responders arrived.
Jolie and Pitt's second eldest son was riding his e-bike in a heavy-traffic area on Los Feliz Boulevard in L.A. at around 5 p.m. Monday when the crash happened, law enforcement sources told the outlet.
Pax was taken to a hospital for treatment after he reportedly suffered a head injury and experienced hip pain as a result of the accident.
Paramedics feared Pax possibly suffered a brain bleed, and he remained hospitalized overnight.
An unnamed source told People that Pax is now in "stable" condition and that Jolie rushed to the hospital to be by her son's side during his recovery.
Monday's crash was reportedly far from Pax's first e-bike accident.
Page Six, citing an unnamed insider, reported that the 20-year-old has had "multiple" accidents but still rarely wears a helmet when traveling by e-bike.
His behavior has reportedly caused concern among his pals.
"His friends are concerned about him," the source told Page Six. "He's being reckless. They're worried."
In addition to Pax, Jolie and Pitt share Maddox, 22, Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 18, and 16-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
The exes adopted Maddox from Cambodia, Pax from Vietnam and Zahara from Ethiopia.
Meanwhile, Jolie and Pitt welcomed their eldest biological daughter Shiloh in Namibia and their twins in France.
Pitt has not publicly addressed Pax's accident.
Earlier this month, an unnamed insider told People that the Oscar-winning actor now has "virtually no contact" with his adult kids following his split with their mother.
