'Vital Vegas' broke the news of reported bad conditions on-set, and a source who claimed Desert Springs Hospital "has seen countless patients today coming from 'Beast Games' due to lack of food and water."

MrBeast, real name Jimmy Donaldson, was shooting 'Beast Games' in Las Vegas, an upcoming reality competition show where 1,000 contestants compete for a $5 million prize — the biggest prize in game show history.

Now, Rosanna Pansino, who participated in one of his challenges and previously accused the philanthropist of an unfair edit, is using her platform to share alleged stories about contestants' experiences on TikTok.

"So the messages that I have received from contestants on the show are pretty much all telling a similar story and I find them to be very disturbing," Rosanna said on the video, posted Saturday.

Pansino posted a message that claimed the show was "100 [percent] rigged," withheld contestants' medication, restricted their sleep, and only fed contestants "maybe 400 [calories]... every 12 hours."

"People were having seizures because they were not getting medication, even though we were promised we would," the message Rosanna shared in her first video alleged. "They presented it as though the game would be like 'Squid Games'... that was not at all the case all the games were about speed and strength."

One contestant reported "Contestants were instructed to provide producers with five days worth of medications, and as of today, contestants have not received a single dose. They have denied food to diabetics, denied water to contestants, and at least two individuals have had seizures as a result."

A hospital employee reportedly told 'Vital Vegas:' "I'm aware of three or four hospital evacs today. Overnight shift said it was insane, so not sure if or how many hospital evacs there were. The production... [was] unprepared for the scale. Making decisions as they go along. The bare bones medic staff on site is not adequate and were overwhelmed last night. They compete at night."

One alleged contestant claimed they were offered $1,000 to "sign away their rights to join any kind of class action lawsuit."

A representative for MrBeast, 27, called the allegations "inaccurate."

"MrBeast was working on an upcoming video with three medical issues out of 2000 participants. Two were medical events unrelated to the games or production, and one involved dehydration," they told the outlet in a statement. "There was plenty of water and electrolyte drinks on-site and a full medical staff. Personnel attended to the people immediately. They were all released shortly after and are doing well."
