Prior to Amanda Bynes' troubles with the law, she showed a lot of promise starring in the children's sketch comedy series All That and then The Amanda Show.

She went on to the big screen in films like What a Girl Wants, Hairspray and Easy A, as well as appearing on the TV show What I Like About You.

Bynes remains under an involuntary psychiatric hold after she allegedly set a stranger's driveway on fire last month.

The troubled star continues to seek treatment for her mental health and was reportedly moved to a famed Los Angeles psychiatric center that previously treated Britney Spears.

Last week, a patient identified as Bynes was photographed leaving Hillmont Psychiatric Center draped in a white sheet that blocked her face. NY Daily News later reported that Bynes was transferred to UCLA Medical Center.

The 27-year-old Easy A star was placed under two temporary conservatorships last week.

Her mental health conservatorship is expected to run at least through the first week of September. It allows caregivers to keep her in a locked facility and force her to take medication.

Her probate conservatorship — requested by mom Lynn Bynes and granted by a judge — is in place until Sept. 30 and puts her mom at the helm of her multimillion-dollar estate.
