'The Young and the Restless' Spoilers: Surprise Wedding Takes Place at Katherine's Memorial [VIDEO]
Katherine's memorial service continues on the Sept. 4, 2013 episode of The Young and the Restless.
At the beginning of the episode, Jill recalls her time with Katherine, saying she will always be with her. "None of our lives will ever be the same without you," she says.
After the memorial, the reception begins. Paul steps away and reads his letter from Katherine. In the letter, Katherine urges Paul to marry Christine now.
Rejoining the reception, Paul gets two glasses of champagne and joins Christine. Paul gets down on one knee and proposes. She accepts.
After congratulating the pair, the entire group decides to turn the memorial into a wedding.
Christine borrows Gina's bracelet. Lily gives Chris a new pen with blue ink. Victoria supplies an antique handkerchief for the 'something old'.
Michael arranges to get a marriage certificate and Paul asks him to be his best man.
Soon, the ceremony begins as Paul and Chris exchange personal vows and agree they are soul mates.
