Teen Mom 3's Devoin Austin Arrested For Drug Possession and Burglary, See His Mugshot PHOTO
Teen Mom 3 star Devoin Austin is in trouble with the law again.
According to a new report, Briana Dejesus's ex was arrested over Labor Day weekend on four counts of criminal activity, including contributing to the delinquency of a minor, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and burglarizing.
According to the police report, he was arrested in Kissimmee, Florida and was held on a $5,000 bond.
Austin and his pals broke into the home where they were partying the night before, and when police arrived they saw him and five others try to make a run for it out the back door. The house was in complete disarray, according to the report, with alcohol bottles and a "green leafy substance" scattered everywhere.
"This is why I'm over protective when it comes to MY* child," Dejesus posted to TwitPic after the arrest. The Teen Mom 3 stars Austin and Dejesus have a child together, Nova Star.
"Ill be damned if she knew what jail even meant!" she added.

Austin was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in March. At the time, he was sentenced to one day in jail and one year of county supervised probation.
After an earlier episode of Teen Mom 3 aired, Austin took to Twitter, ranting about the show's editing.
"Thanks for f–king me over, MTV," he wrote, adding, "Reality TV is fake. Any time theres 'episodes' of anything, sh*t is edited and not real."
"I be cool if [MTV] was on both our sides," continued Austin. "But they so biased. Show is very one-sided. Go watch Law n Order SVU. Not no damn Teen Mom."
