The Green Bay Packers and the Washington Redskins will meet this afternoon for their NFL Week 2 face off.

The second week of regular season matches kicked off on Thursday with a low scoring game between the New York Jets and the New England Patriots. Now the NFC North will take on the NFC East at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wis.

During preseason, the Packers lost to three of their matchups following extremely low scores by the Green and Gold. Falling to Arizona, Seattle, and Kansas City, the only team Green Bay managed to best was the St. Louis Rams. Last week the Packers saw defeat at the hands of the San Francisco 49ers during the first round of the regular season.

For their part, the Redskins won each of their preseason games. After handily defeating Tennessee, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, and Tampa Bay, the Washington team was finally brought to their knees by the Philadelphia Eagles during Monday Night Football during Week 1 of the regular season.

Heading into Sunday's game, Washington's Robert Griffin III must put last week's loss behind him as the former Heisman winner looks to rally his team against Green Bay's defense. While the Pack's Aaron Rodgers currently has a lower completion ratio than Griffin for the new season, his number of touchdown passes is still slightly higher.
