Samsung Galaxy S3 Will Be Basis for Windows 8 Phone
The release of Samsung's highly anticipated handset "Samsung Galaxy S3" will be unveiled just a few days and new rumors suggest that the new phone may be a preview of another upcoming Samsung phone - the first to run Windows Phone 8.
According to a report by Windows Phone Life, a trusted source said that the phone giant will be planning its first Windows Phone 8 device - and will be using the Galaxy S 3 hardware and design as the basis for the new phone. The Galaxy S 3 phone first be available on Android and, if rumors are true, the SGS 3 running Windows 8 will be available in October. The new line of phones running Windows S might be called the Focus S range, while the phones running on Android will continue as the Galaxy S range.
Windows Phone Life says the rumored W8 phone will be called the Samsung Galaxy Focus S2 and will feature faster dual/quad core processor, a 4.7 inch HD display, 12mp camera, NFC, and 4G LTE support.
The brand new Samsung Galaxy S 3 will be revealed May 3, 2012 in London. It is expected to feature an 8MP camera, 4.8 Super AMOLED screen, and a 1.5. GHZ Quad Core CPU.
