'American Horror Story: Coven' Spoilers: New TRAILER Features First Look at Season 3 Premiere [VIDEO]
Another trailer has been released for American Horror Story: Coven, featuring scenes from the first few episodes.
The new trailer is the first to include scenes from the season, with each of the characters in action. As the trailer begins, Zoe (Taissa Farmiga) discovers that she is a witch and is sent off to Miss Robichaux's Academy for Exceptional Young Ladies in New Orleans.
Three of the students at the Academy, Queenie (Gabourey Sidibe), Madison (Emma Roberts) and Nan (Jamie Brewer) wear masks and try to scare Zoe. Before long, head witch Fiona (Jessica Lange) swoops in and threatens them.
"The only thing you have to be afraid of is me," Fiona says before flinging them against the wall with a wave of her hand. Fiona also tells the girls that they have to learn how to fight in order to protect themselves from being burned at the stake.
A witch (Lily Rabe) is seen burning at the stake by a group of offenders. Finally, voodoo priestess Marie Laveau (Angela Bassett) is seen cackling maniacally while sitting on a throne. Enstars previously reported that the witches vs. voodoo will be one of the main conflicts of the season.

Additionally, FX released a new poster for Coven featuring Fiona sitting on a chair in the middle of a room while various people are seen levitating on the walls. This suggests that Fiona will have a lot of power in the upcoming season. View the poster here.
American Horror Story: Coven is scheduled to premiere on Wednesday, Oct. 9 at 10 p.m. on FX.
