Lumia 1520 Verizon Release Date, Specs, Rumors: Nokia Launching 6 New Devices At Upcoming Event? Details
To the excitement of Nokia enthusiasts, the Finnish company continues to prepare for its highly anticipated Innovation Reinvented event on Oct. 22.
According to The Verge, Nokia is going to be unveiling up to six brand new devices at the respective gathering, including two new Lumias, which are speculated to be the Lumia 1520 phablet and the Lumia 2520 Sirius tablet.
The site stated that Nokia will be rolling out new accessories and one of them is said to be "pretty special."
"Nokia's Innovation Reinvented event in Abu Dhabi next month will host the launch of at least six new devices from the Finnish company, including at least two new Lumias."
Interestingly enough, a Twitter user had leaked details on Sept. 13 that the Nokia 1520 will be coming out along with the Sirius tablet.
"Look for Nokia Sirius to launch alongside Bandit next month," posted @evleaks.
In terms of its specs, the Lumia 1520 is reported to be equipped with a 6-inch 1080 display and FHD resolution. The device is slated to come with GDR3 as well.
It's also been speculated that it will be an AT&T exclusive in the United States while Verizon will offer a variant in the Lumia 929.
