NHL fans can live stream tonight's faceoff between the Carolina Hurricanes and the Toronto Maple Leafs free online.

The two teams will take the ice at 7 p.m. ET from the Air Canada Center in Toronto, Ontario.

Entering their eighth game of the season, the Carolina Hurricanes have a 2-2-3 record. The Hurricanes are in embroiled in a three game losing streak as they head into tonight's road game. While Carolina has won against the Philadelphia Flyers and the Washington Capitals, they have also lost to the Detroit Red Wings, the Los Angeles Kings, and the Chicago Blackhawks in overtime and shootouts. Carolina is currently in second place for the Metropolitan Division with seven points, according to ESPN.

Coming into tonight's game, the Toronto Maple Leafs are 6-1-0. Starting off the season with a win against the Montreal Canadiens, the fellow Canadian team went on to beat Philadelphia, Ottawa, Nashville, Edmonton, and Minnesota. The only match that the Maple Leafs have lost so far this season was their Oct. 8 faceoff with the Colorado Avalanche. Toronto is currently in first place for the Atlantic Division with 12 points, according to ESPN.
