The two teams will take the ice at 8 p.m. ET from the United Center in Chicago, Ill.

Entering their sixth game of the season, the St. Louis Blues have a 4-1-0 record. The Missouri team started off the season strong with a series of four victories. After defeating the Nashville Predators in the season opener, the Blues then went on to crush the Florida Panthers to the tune of 7-0. Following wins over the Chicago Blackhawks and the New York Rangers, St. Louis finally lost to the San Jose Sharks. The Blues are currently in third place for the Central Division with eight points and are tied with the Minnesota Wild, according to ESPN.

Coming into tonight's game, the Tampa Bay Lightening are 4-1-1, having already lost to the Blues once. Starting off the season with a victory over the Washington Capitals, the Illinois team then suffered two losses at the hands of the Tampa Bay Lightning and St. Louis. Coming in from a three game winning streak, perhaps the momentum from defeating the New York Islanders, the Buffalo Sabers, and the Carolina Hurricanes will help to propel the Blackhawks to success in tonight's match. Chicago is currently in second place for the Central Division with nine points, according to ESPN.
