In what should pan out to be a highly competitive matchup,the Memphis Grizzlies (4-2) will face off against the Toronto Raptors (5-1) at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto on Wednesday.

According to Bleacher Report, several general managers gave their vote on who they thought the most improved team was heading into the upcoming season.

In what may not come as a surprise to many, the Detroit Pistons finished atop the voting with 16.7 percent. However, it was the Brooklyn Nets, Houston Rockets, Minnesota Timberwolves, Cleveland Cavaliers, New Orleans Pelicans and Washington Wizards who all tied for second in the category at 13.3 percent of the votes.

WIth a healthy Brandon Jennings along with Josh Smith, many NBA loyalists will surely concur with the majority ruling. The latter is versatile with great athleticism while the former is a fantastic shooter.
